Mini Camp Information
ONE OR TWO WEEK REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Cost is $350 per camper/wk.
($25 Discount per additional sibling AND/OR if registering for the 2-week session).
Week one of Mini Camp is now at full capacity. We will no longer be able to accept that week in your registration if you were planning on selecting that week.
* Pricing Example:
One child: 1 week-$350; 2 weeks-$675
Two children-1 week-$675; 2 weeks-$1,350

Hours Info
Extended hours has a weekly flat rate per family fee (not by camper) and regardless of the amount of days used. AM Hours are $50 per week and PM hours are $50 per week.
The $50 weekly charge applies to drop off for AM extended from 7am to 8:45am and pick up from 4:00pm to 6:00pm for PM extended
If using both AM and PM extended care is $100 per week)
Note: late fee charge (6:01pm-6:15pm) - $20.00
beyond 6:15 is $5 for every additional 5 minutes and must be paid that day.
Use of extended hours on a per diem basis (1 day) must be communicated and reserved with the camp office administrator 1 day prior to usage.
AM or PM fee - $15.00 both AM and PM fee - $25.00 and must be paid in cash the day of usage.

Our Payment Info
There is a Non-Refundable $500.00 deposit per immediate family due with registration. This deposit is deducted from your overall tuition. FSDC requires a 2 week minimum registration. If only registering your camper for two weeks we prefer those weeks to be consecutive to enhance your child’s experience and to develop relationships.
The non-refundable $500.00 is due with initial registration.
Half-Season enrollments or less FSDC prefers minimum 2 weeks consecutive to enhance your child’s experience.
For all enrollments after deposit – half of the remaining balance is due by Friday, March 8, 2024. If camper registration is cancelled or weeks lessened after March 8, 2024, FSDC will retain half of the full tuition.
Any weeks dropped after 3/8/24 will receive 50% of the week difference (i.e. move from 6 weeks to 5 weeks receive 50% of that difference)
For all enrollments – half of the balance is due by Friday, March 8, 2024.
Remaining and ALL balances are due Friday, May 3, 2024.

Flourtown
CIT Program
Flourtown Summer Day Camp’s CIT Program is eligible for boys and girls who have completed 8th Grade and are entering 9th grade in September of 2024. No half day or partial week registrations for the CIT Program.
A CIT must be able to register for a minimum of 4 weeks with 2 being consecutive. We prefer that all 4 weeks be consecutive so that the CIT can develop a strong relationship with counselors and campers to fully enhance the experience.
